      Pros

      Remote work. Friendly Co-workers. Room for advancement. EOE. Great benefits for expecting parents. Variety of shifts avl.

      Cons

      Raises 1 time a year ( Lower then avg). PTO is difficult to use in first 6 months of the year as you must earn every hour, as well as ability to take time off when needed is very difficult.

      pay is pretty decent, great pto, and schedule works for kids

      Cons

      supervisors have favorites and sometimes you are on your own. upper leadership only cares about numbers. you are easily replaceable to them.

      Pros

      The people I worked with were friendly and the company was very organized. They had a great system for keeping track of everything and everyone knew their role in the company. Overall, I had a great experience working there and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to work.

      Cons

      on the con side, I felt that I didn't have as much opportunity for growth as I would have liked, and there were times when I didn't feel like my voice was being heard. Overall, it was a good company to work for, but it wasn't perfect. If I were to make a list of pros and cons for this particular company, it would look something like this: Pros: - Great people and culture - Stable company Cons: - Limited opportunity for growth - Voices not always being heard
