      Tech stack is something to be proud of.

      Cons

      CTO constantly makes poor technology decisions which causes the engineering and product teams to suffer. Attrition has taken away ALL of the good talent.

      Decent salary, Cutting-edge technologies (will soon be a con since the company doesn't have a clear path), flexible schedule

      Cons

      super long working hours, no clear path what they will do, ask you to work at the weekend and expect it as normal, no training programs for new employees, you will be treated as slave.

      Pros

      There are a lot of nice people. Company is profitable.

      Cons

      There are also a lot of rude individuals who think that their title means they can treat others badly. CPO will talk about employee wellness while skimping on employee benefits. Managers are more concerned with their own visibility to leadership and making sure they get their bonuses than mentoring employees.
