Pros

I stayed for as long as I did due to remote work and unlimited PTO.

Cons

The culture in the company’s narrative and the actual culture are two completely different things. I don’t know how the leaders can talk about the importance of mentorship and communication while not holding managers accountable to spending a tiny fraction of their time communicating with their employees. Management only looking out for themselves continues with pay. 130 individuals were recently laid off to “save money” yet the company is still going to reward managers with bonuses when the company is struggling and the stock price is performing poorly. Individuals who received good reviews were told they can only get a 3% raise while managers get much higher % raises in addition to their bonuses. The company has had significant turnover in the executive team in the past year and the new CEO sends out strangely worded emails about executives leaving that quite frankly make him look like a petty person who lacks the emotional stability to lead an organization.

Pros

Benefits, coworkers, 401k, commission used to be good until they put a cap on it and if you don't make 103 sales you get no money for your hard work.

Cons

Commission is only paid if you make 103 sales. This is a very hard department and they provide leads but are given to certain people. No changes are adjusted for commission even during Corona and this is also slow season. Just shows how much they care about the people that work for them. They figure out new ways to get rid of people with a new write up process in the middle of the year and don't allow us to use vacation time. Never can take off on the weekends. Horrible management

Pros

I did not see any

Cons

Faulty equipment sent 3 times for work from home work; it seems as though they are not fully ready for work from home for hundreds of agents. This company had me go a duration of an entire week of being sent 3 bad thin clients within the same week, hours of phone time with FrontDoor IT that could not get it resolved until 3 attempts, all without being compensated and they tried to put me in another training class 3 weeks away without any pay. They already didn’t pay me for an entire week, but yet still wanted me to log into a Zoom training on my personal cellphone. Maybe it’s just the department I was hired in, but I would not recommend even the lowest of the low to work here.
