Pros

It's a remote position, which is the biggest Pro. Co-workers and leadership have all been awesome. Decent salary, 401k, health/dental/vision insurance. This position has been rewarding and challenging.

Cons

Limited time off compared to some other companies, and not very flexible for time off or creating your schedule.

Depending on the team, your tech stack may be pretty modern. Pay is decent. Benefits/perks are nice.

Cons

CEO just changed and management is a mess. Feels more like you are a short order cook than a dev most days. Everything is a priority.

401k contributions are embarrassing along with the ethics of the company. HR was out of touch and let employees of 30+ years run the show of abusive culture. My boss referred to herself as Darth Vader...pure evil. The business principals are lies and the customer is never first. Your sales quotas are constantly changed and commission structure is a joke. The company truly should be on a downward spiral. There are much better home service companies to align with, this one is a bully is all aspects.
