Pros

Decent salary, Cutting-edge technologies (will soon be a con since the company doesn't have a clear path), flexible schedule

Cons

super long working hours, no clear path what they will do, ask you to work at the weekend and expect it as normal, no training programs for new employees, you will be treated as slave.

Pros

Great coworkers, the team really works well together. Pay is great and the company has great potential. THE CEO IS GOOD. Rex is awesome.

Cons

The morale in Engineering is probably the lowest of any of the companies I have ever seen. 70+ hour work weeks went from being something that was insane to something that is normal. Turnover rate is high. Managers, TPMs, developers, they all flip pretty frequently.
