Pros

Lots of on the job learning

Cons

CTO treats his people like robots. People get fired for the stupidest stuff, and they are trying to turn a company that insures used dryers into a “tech firm”. Senior management is highly unethical. Their flagship company “American Home Shield” is no longer an “American” company because they’ve sent so many jobs to India. Some customer service isn’t even in the US. Also, benefits wise it takes over a year to get disability insurance. So be prepared to buy your own disability insurance.
