Good benefits. Many locations. Lots of PTO

Cons

Too many unpaid hours. Severly understaffed. Disconnected bosses. Cant take pto because not enough coverage.

Pros

Pay/benefits are pretty good for a nonprofit. Newer clinicians can learn a lot.

Cons

Management plays games and is involved in its own politics to the point of ignoring client needs/client experience, which is not an okay culture for community mental health. Management prefers to hire students who have not graduated yet because they won't talk back. They feel threatened by experienced staff, resulting in the average age and experience of clinicians being on the younger and greener side.
