Benefits are great for a community mental health organization with a generous PTO package. Depending on the branch you work at, supervisors can be very supportive as well as coworkers.

Cons

Some branches have high caseloads and there is a great deal of case management and paperwork depending on the time of year.

Supervisor is great as are majority of executives and supervisors from other departments, from what I’ve heard. PTO better than you’ll find elsewhere. Match 6 percent on 403B. They help you get licensed. Treat employees well.

Cons

Takes 5 years to become fully vested. Pay is slightly lower than some other companies. start out at lower salary but receive pay increases over time.
