Pros

Supervisor is great as are majority of executives and supervisors from other departments, from what I’ve heard. PTO better than you’ll find elsewhere. Match 6 percent on 403B. They help you get licensed. Treat employees well.

Cons

Takes 5 years to become fully vested. Pay is slightly lower than some other companies. start out at lower salary but receive pay increases over time.

Great management, an amazing director, and a golden hearted CEO. The other support staff are amazing and a great bond has been formed! M-F with various work schedules, great benefits.

Cons

Sometimes there are difficult situations to handle but nothing terrible.

Great amount of PTO and holidays. They have recently set up alternative schedules which help with burnout. FBH also helps with licensing goals and training to advance career options.

Cons

Difficult case loads due to the population involved, this includes a lot crisis work, and job flexibility to transition from case management to therapy to crisis work can be difficult.
