Pros

Supervisor is great as are majority of executives and supervisors from other departments, from what I’ve heard. PTO better than you’ll find elsewhere. Match 6 percent on 403B. They help you get licensed. Treat employees well.

Cons

Takes 5 years to become fully vested. Pay is slightly lower than some other companies. start out at lower salary but receive pay increases over time.

Boss always breathing down peoples backs, not sure if boss will be in a happy or bad mood, no consistency at all
