Pros

My co-workers were the best part about the job. I was in the role for about 11 years and it didn't change much.

Cons

Majority of management cared only about numbers and didn't really show much empathy for their team.

Pros

Great medical benefits and vacations.

Cons

Company is very disorganized and for a communication company there is lack of communication between the departments from upper management on down. Never felt secure in whether the company would still be in business from one year to the next. There is lack of training and if assistance is needed the supervisor directed you to one of your peers. If you were not in their clique help was not given freely. If you make a mistake instead management bringing this to your attention when it happens, but will advise you of this months down the line as verbal warning or write up.
