* Monday through Friday * Flexible schedule * You can control how much you make by the effort you put in * Promotional paths are there, and we promote from within

Cons

* When you have an off month your commissions really take a hit * $150 a month vehicle allowance versus mileage reimbursement. (we drive a lot) * Lower salary in comparison to the rest of the market * Systems are a bit antiquated and slow

Scant raises, they killed the bonus several yeas ago, they say they have a career progression program but no one seems to know what you have to do to advance.

Pros

Frontier has been a great employer over the past 13 years for me. I started in an hourly/union role and was quickly prompted from within to management where I've spent the better part of my career. I've had several role changes and promotions over the years and I think all of them have been a positive opportunity to develop my skills and abilities.

Cons

Like with any large corporation, Frontier is always looking for ways to reduce costs and often the employees take the hit, no more pensions, more layoffs, no more bonuses for non-people managers, etc.
