Pros

No matter what department or what state I've worked in, the people that work at Frontier are great and help one another. Everyone truly wants to give great service to our customers / neighbors, even though it can be a struggle at times. The benefits were always decent too and met my family's needs. I do feel like our new executive management is also a positive and taking the company in the right direction now.

Cons

We always have more work than we can handle, and I don't know if more headcount would help or just better processes to get things done? I also feel like our pay scale maybe below what others doing similar work are getting paid.

They offered a decent severance package.

Cons

no advancement. manager favorites. Worked there 10 years still in customer service. months of 2 hour required overtime.
