      Pros

      You will learn how to sell and troubleshoot better than you ever thought you could. Waaaay better than Converges. You can make tons of cash.

      Cons

      Nepotism. This is the opposite of a meritocracy. The highest performs almost NEVER get promotions. It's always someone that has a personal relationship with management. Also, be prepared to be hit on by your higher ups.

      Pros

      Some great opportunities as the company grows. Benefits can be okay, but your mileage may vary depending on what state you work in (it makes a difference).

      Cons

      Don't expect a reference from your supervisor when you finally find something better. Apparently there is a company policy where managers are told not to provide references for their previous employees. Also, the holiday schedule is unfair and you will be penalized if your regular schedule places you as working on a holiday.

      Management is horrible ..coaches don't really care about your personal life won't even try to work with you .. I was at the top with my performance my son got sick one day I missed I followed all procedures after a month they decided to punish me for that day I missed they are very behind on everything coaches need to be trained on Ethics I don't really r commend working for this company very stressful coaches won't even knowledge your hard work
