Management out of touch, employees take the hit for bad management decisions, (no bonus, no merit increases, benefits cost has gone through the roof, lay offs, etc.) lack of training budget, remote work is frowned upon by some management and embraced by others, a total mess! No compensation for working heavy off hours if you are salary, you get taken advantage of. Recent land line acquisitions has the company bleeding cash!
