Flexible work arrangement, most of us are not being micromanaged, fresh perspective from new leadership as we come out of bankruptcy

Cons

Systemic fear and kingdom building inclinations are difficult to break through, old school approach to almost everything, lack of concern about doing the best work possible, broken systems that have been neglected for decades

Great salary for the area (only reason I'm still here)

Cons

Poor management decisions have wrecked this company. They honestly should have never purchased any states from Verizon after the initial purchase that formed what is now Frontier. Money should have been spent on the infrastructure.
