Pros

Flexibility to work remotely, great teammates and peers,

Cons

No structure. Too many names and prices for the same basic product offerings, new rollouts are old technology, corporate focus is on new acquisitions and revenue over positive experiences for current customers, useful information does not flow through to the marketing database, too many "silos" with a lack of communication between departments. Employees pay a fee in addition to premiums for the privilege of buying health insurance. 401k match is only 50% on 6%.

Work from home - 401k - health benefits

Cons

Micro managed to to the max, favoritism, supervisors and select few drinking on shift and during lunch, then writing up and lying about employees. Not to be trusted, running the company into the ground! Horrible customer service and billing nightmares!
