Pros

Being a apart of Frontier's Fiber - "Building Gigabit America" is a purpose-driven initiative by Frontier Communications...I enjoy the work, a challenging and purposeful environment with dedicated and talented individuals. We collaborate and succeed working as a team. Frontier since restructuring is getting back on track and is a good place to work. I enjoy what I do!

Cons

We continue to strive and give 100%, some questions and uncertain things on the radar due to our integration / acquisition with Verizon < who will pick up great talent and knowledge with our successful managers.

Pros

The only pros at frontier are the pay incentives for the CEO and top executives

Cons

They expect you to cover what five employees covered in the past. They don’t pay going market rate for network engineering or offer any bonus incentive.

Pros

Good pay, bright future for fiber, customer sentiment is high, good work/life balance depending on what department you are in

Cons

micro-managed in some departments, manpower stretched due to lack of hiring of field forces, company is becoming more reliant on contractors that do not provide the same level of quality that employees do, changes made without input from field
