Fiber build, team work, info sharing between workgroups, NSG calls, Listen Live updates, TTL opportunities,

Cons

Seems like anything another workgroup doesn't want to take care of gets assigned to the local managers. Managers are expected to work at all hours. Poor work/life separation.
