      Pros

      I really enjoy working at Frontier. The flexibility I have as a Local Manager is perfect for my lifestyle. I enjoy leading My Team to be the best at what we do.

      Cons

      With any career it can be overwhelming at times. As a manager I do get overwhelmed and stressed. I feel like Local Managers have a lot of responsibilities. I feel that we as Local Managers do the jobs of a lot of other departments.

      Horrible benefits, micromanagement- not worth the upfront paycheck

      Pros

      Higher base pay relative to job experience and competition

      Cons

      Expensive insurance, micromanagement, two-faced HR, a "tiered" system for reps designed to exhaust your integrity. I wouldn't fall for the higher base pay, because you pay it back on the back-end. The insurance is the cheapest plan available they could find, also meaning the most expensive to you.

      Great vision and execution from Sr Leadership. Great turn around of a once defunct company and business model. Good pay/benefits.

      I have nothing negative to say, Frontier has been very good to me.
