Pros

Good Benefits and the people in the trenches work very hard. The climate changes each day and so does the focus of what to sell

Cons

Hard to make money and the technology is from the 1990's. If something goes wrong it is the sales persons fault and problem. If you upset the wrong people they will not help you.

Overtime Pay during Conversion. Sometimes free food at lunch on the weekend. Pay was above average for the most part.

Cons

Many 7 day workdays for the duration of the project. Required people to be onsite. Some senior managers treat people like a commodity.
