Have learned a lot about the industry and they are willing to promote with in. The opportunity for growth is endless. They care about their employees and ensure the tools are available for all who are interested in growth.

Cons

Customer service is not at its full potential, the systems are behind and the company is always using work arounds and is reactive vs. proactive in their approach to service the customer. A lot of room for improvement.
