Pros

Benefits, ability to meet some great co workers.

Cons

Micro managed, pay is not based on performance, strict attendance policies and an obnoxious amount of "work place rules", broken procedures and constant change without notice. Management spends more time pointing fingers and placing blame than actually trying to improve or create more efficient procedures to reduce the likelihood of employee mistakes.

decent pay,although below industry standard,mediocre benefits package

Cons

out of date systems, supervision by managers that have 0 experience. more emphasis on billing customer, versus servicing customer. talk about thinking outside the box all the time, but the keep the box completely sealed. little or no respect for the employee or employee's family. Too much emphasis on sales, and not enough on service.
