* Monday through Friday * Flexible schedule * You can control how much you make by the effort you put in * Promotional paths are there, and we promote from within

Cons

* When you have an off month your commissions really take a hit * $150 a month vehicle allowance versus mileage reimbursement. (we drive a lot) * Lower salary in comparison to the rest of the market * Systems are a bit antiquated and slow

Exceptional time off policy and benefits, culture is very supportive and company likes to celebrate hitting new goals and milestones.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement. Company is very reactive and leaders with top down leadership.
