      Pros

      Frontier has been a great employer over the past 13 years for me. I started in an hourly/union role and was quickly prompted from within to management where I've spent the better part of my career. I've had several role changes and promotions over the years and I think all of them have been a positive opportunity to develop my skills and abilities.

      Cons

      Like with any large corporation, Frontier is always looking for ways to reduce costs and often the employees take the hit, no more pensions, more layoffs, no more bonuses for non-people managers, etc.

      - A good strategy in the industry that's driving positive results.

      Cons

      - Lays off employees multiple times a year, especially now that they are going through the merger with Verizon.
