Pros

Pay vacation time need more words to fill the pros section sad .

upper management is atrocious, they took over schedule making which should be a union job. my schedule is the worst its been in my whole career . all of which had terrible schedules to live a normal life. my job has changed without notice . my medical pay never went thru as it should have . the union is also atrocious will not protect you.you should be happy you have a job. also they cant do anything anyways with the new needs of the business management has been getting away with. this review seems harsh but is all agreed on by my co workers . everyone is checked out and aware of all the issues . an issue was brought up on a call with upper management and completely ignored and told we are lucky we have these 4 options for our schedule that no one asked for . we actually asked specifically for something else that we weren't allowed to choose. cant wait for the next ceo to show up get his bonus and leave . speaking of that hows the stock lawsuit going since we love to talk about it on calls.yet this is never brought up . and no its definitely not the first law suit for shady business practice . Everyday i log onto my computer theres a 3% chance it works properly . and i can get into the apps i need to get to. along with all my co workers. constantly having to reboot and forget the fact the systems are completely outdated. someone working for a rival company has told me of two different overhauls on their systems to help with operations. i use a green screen to enter my time….

Pros

Full time remote work since 2020.

Cons

They cut our pay in 2022, and also halved the amount thy contribute to the HSA. The 2023 merit increases were insultingly low.
