      Great pay, but not overly rewarding

      Pros

      Great Pay and Benefits (assuming contracts improve and don't decline) WFH for many position because of pandemic, but that might change once it is declared over

      Cons

      No real growth opportunity or chance to transfer to other locations unless there is a specific job/title that has open position. This sucks because you may want or need to move and cannot because your specific title is not an open position even if that position is in that state. Even if you have a position available you are treated as an outsider because you are not from that state.

      Company has no interest in retaining good employees.

      Great benefits and had some good people.

      Cons

      The direction of company has changed every year, but still has no changes, behind with products and services, compensation horrible for sales no interest in retaining good experienced management or employees , but would rather bring in outsiders paying much higher salaries.
