Pros

Friendly, helpful, the experience they give you during training prepares you for the work floor. The business structure is there to benefit you and help you be successful.

Cons

Short breaks and lunch. During down time it can be boring and there is not much you can do but sit and wait for the next call to come in.

Pros

Management provides lots of incentives for selling services such as an internet package, phone package, television package, and/or all three as a bundle. They have fun contests to participate in. Paid time off: After training is over, you get 64 hours of paid time off to be used all at once to take whole days off or to come in later during the day or go home early (depending on how much is available for the week because it is a first come first serve type thing). For the most part it is a very laid back company...at first.

Cons

After training is over and the employee hits the floor, they basically throw you out to the wolves. You do not get as much help, even though you may still need it and then penalized for making a mistake. From managements own mouth, it takes a while to get the hang of things, sometimes too long because rules are constantly changing. The rule for one month maybe totally different for the next month, maybe even from week to week. By the time you are getting the gist of one rule, it has changed and you have to start over from scratch. This means you have to constantly check your company email. Also, the systems are very slow and then you expect employees to adhere to a certain handle time on the phone. Schedules may change every few months depending on the demands of the company. That morning schedule that you become accustomed to, that may really be the only time you can work, can and will still change to another schedule that may not work for you. Lastly, mandatory overtime. An employee cannot really plan around their schedule because they may learn at the last minute that they have to be at work earlier or later than they planned. If the bus is how you get to work, pray to God you leave in a location where the bus runs past the time you have to stay at work.
