Pros

Great pay and benefits as well as reasonable work hours.

Cons

Strict attendance policies and diminishing bonuses. Also segregation amongst top sellers and representatives that were not having the same sells outcomes. This definitely didn’t help the morale of the office and personally I lost faith.

Pros

Fair wages, not great but fair. Work alone, but help is usually a phone call away. Work outside/indoors Get to meet some great people, and some not so great people. Not everyone can have a gem of a personality.

Cons

Management seems out of touch, even at local levels. If you're not able to deal with some irate people this isn't the field for you. Seems to want to ignore more rural infrastructure that so desperately needs attention. Occasionally you get shocked.
