      Pay structure is terrible. 3 year veterans making 20k less than new hires they train. Makes a tense and awkward environment.

      good starting wage for now.

      its easy to get stuck in your position, hiring is hit or miss, qualified candidates may not even get an interview. micro-managing something can always be done better even the perfect call. repetitive

      Great pay if you are a new hire.

      Cons

      bad culture, lack of communication, No raises for Management (pay lock) what you start at you will stay at 10years from now. Company is nothing like ATT does not take care of management. Benefits are not very great and are extremely expensive. Expect to pay 400- 1000+ a month for insurance. The list can continue stressful environment. Revolving door or higher ups and CEO's every few months
