Pros

Sense of community amongst employees. Great benefits such as vacation time. All US based. Hires college grads right out the door.

Cons

Projects often get caught in micromanagement and approval processes. Sometimes projects will never get out the door due to this. Leadership doesn't seem to do research on topics they recommend employees work on. Doesn't always spend funds on where it matters.

People oriented overall - they strive to ensure agents are happy - they focus on attrition and offer good benefits and incentives

Cons

Lack of direction at times, you don't always receive enough information at times to successfully perform your job with out a whole lot of effort

Great benefits with competitive pay. Leadership encourages employees to do what is necessary to take care of the customers even if it is outside normal processes.

Cons

The speed of expansion available capital for network improvements can be limited which is frustrating in a competitive environment.
