      Building a great fiber service, and replacing old equipment getting all new equipment

      Cons

      Management is all over you looking for anyreason to write you up. Zero training, better be able to learn on your own or from coworkers. They have little care for your health or well being.

      Pros

      There is so much optimism for the future at Frontier. I know each week I have an opportunity to make a true accomplishment toward the company's success. I can rely on my team mates for support and honest guidance.

      Cons

      It's unfortunate that there have been the loss of some wonderful employees over the years due to lay offs and such. I hope as we grow opportunities arise to bring some of them back.
