Pros

Unfortunately, the only thing positive I can say is they left my salary intact from VZ and at the customer facing level there are a lot of dedicated hard-working and talented people.

Cons

Inconsistent message. Plans change constantly. Under-staffed at the lower levels and stuffed full of VP's. There seems to be a pervasive thought that the hard working people I described above are thought to be just bodies and any body can be plugged into that position and do the work. They are vastly under appreciated. Plant record accuracy is getting rapidly worse in lieu of expediency and getting revenue. Dollars are directed to low return projects. I wonder if Frontier will exist in ten years?

Pros

Was an ok place to work. Many nice people, many incentives

Cons

Company puts up your sales being stolen by other reps. Also puts up with disconnects being transferred back into the call que or accounts noted as being disconnected, but not done. Needs to fix the software as reps can also alter each others case notes and service order memos. Dont ever try to excel at your job too much, as then your sales start being questioned, even though they were ALL ETHICAL sales

Pros

Pay is okay and the health insurance is good.

Cons

Upper management seems to despise planning and structure. Like a car spinning its wheels on ice, they move real fast but don't get anywhere. Everything is treated as an emergency that has to be rushed to completion and systems are pushed into place long before they are ready. There's never enough time to set things up properly, but always plenty of time, at night and on weekends, to fix them later. Ugh. After seeing how their internal systems work, I would never be a customer of theirs and definitely not a shareholder.
