Anyone not union yet gets crapped all over by the super big guys, work performance doesn't matter when it comes down to it. It's who you know not what you do.Direct supervisor was great, except the one who always tried to prove themselves and consistently failed. Can't figure out for the life of me how she still has her job, unprofessional on many levels. Higher higher ups had no regard for us pee-ons
