It was good until...

Pros

Frontier really cares about its employees. They are big on promoting internally and give ample time off/ benefits. I did collections for 6 months and then they moved all Frontier departments away and moved in with strategic partnerships only. Collections was great! I had fantastic supervisors and had a team that rocked the stats.

Cons

The transition into strategic partnerships was a disaster. They hired a supervisor externally and did not give her any product training. Many employees in the sales departments were going to make substantially less money. They started to count me absent and unpaid for days I was there and working! I was to receive a $1.50 raise and it was never applied.

Good benefits, and the people overall were committed and thoughtful. Stable industry.

Cons

Unfortunately, a dying industry as well with little to no innovation. Upper mgmt in PA was not good.

Great pay bonus is good, but honestly that is about it no other Pros, the schedules start out ok but end up not accommodating

Cons

Poor management, No loyalty, not willing to accommodate families with Disabled obligations, contracted Clients with Strict expectations but standards are not fully explained and outlined in detail.
