You'll never be bored as there is always more work.

Cons

There is more work than lightly staffed people can handle. Requirements are always changing and adding more work than the teams can support. Management doesn't care about the people as long as they look good to upper management. You are expected to put the company before everything including your Family, dreams, and health. There is no QOL. All senior management cares about is how they get there jobs done. Employees can be replaced and are no consequence. They tout retaining and growing talented people, however there actions drive the best people away. For a communications company they have the absolute worse communications. Everything is a fire and there are no extinguishers.
