Pros

work at home that is all

Cons

This company does not care at all about its employees! Supervisors and level 2s who are suppose to be there for help and guidance are never there. I got switched to frontier from another company and everything was different! Different phones and work systems and in all I received 11 hours training over 2 days, then I was expected to take calls and know what I was doing and the best part no one was there to help. They expect you to work overtime even when it doesn't fit your schedule, the whole point of working at home is so you can have a schedule and job that fits around your life. Also when their systems aren't working correctly they expect you to deal with it even when you have a customer screaming in your ear! They really don't care about anyone but themselves and money. I would advise if you can to not work here!

Pros

Starting pay seemed good.. At first

Cons

By far the worst employer I have ever had. People are out to get each other and go out of their way to get others in trouble for trivial things like "eating too loudly" or simply because they wore a tee shirt to work. Employees are miserable and aren't afraid to let everyone know. Employees are over worked, with mandatory overtime every single day. Supervisors aren't trained in what their employees do every day so they cannot help. Employees come to work sick out of fear for their jobs. A toxic workplace if I have ever seen one
