      Loved the people and thankfully made a lot of money when new sites opened for internet.

      Pros

      Well established in the community and provides well paying jobs compared to other employers in our area. Many do not necessarily require a college degree.

      Cons

      Land line is a tough business and many competitors for the High Speed product. Many jobs require working nights, weekends and may have days off during the week.

      Pros

      I absolutely loved working here. It was by far my favorite job. Co-workers were friendly and the supervisors I had were great. Theres also a monthly bonus which suppliments the base pay greatly. When i was still working there they had a paid for performance bonus but I'm not sure if they still do that.

      Cons

      You will absolutely hate working here if you don't make friends or have the wrong supervisor. The customers are not that great and will cuss you out at times but the company will allow you to disconnect with the customer if it gets out of hand.
