Pros

It was good pay, and manageable schedule until they started changing the schedules. It's an easy job, anybody can get it, anybody can do it... literally. You don't even need a degree for this job. Lastly, I enjoyed the people I worked with. I was able to stay with the friends I made in training.

Cons

I could write a novel on the cons for this company. First of all, I was hired to work a specific shift, my shift got changed 4 times within the 5 months I was there. The training is basically useless, other than easy cash, but you literally have to learn everything while you are out on the phones, and my personal favorite, supervisors do not want to do their jobs... literally. If a customer asks to speak to a supervisor, first they tell you to tell the customer it will be about a 20-30 minute wait, meanwhile, you're getting yelled at for your average handle time, and then they tell you to deescalate. I'll tell you this, you can make a customer feel like they are the most amazing person in the world, but at the end of the day, they still want to speak to a supervisor and none of the supervisors want to actually get on the phones. Finally, I was always annoyed about people quitting by just walking out, apparently that is the way to go if you want your last paycheck. I left this job well over a month ago and have yet to received my paycheck. Talked to HR, they directed me to payroll, of course all I've gotten from payroll is an answering machine. So unless you want to go through a bunch of BS, find anything else.

Great Place to Work

Pros

Love the place, the people and the job, we have fun here, yes it's a "call center" but one with good pay, good benefits and a nice clean environment to work in. We are growing like crazy, a lot of people are moving up fast and a lot of new practices come out every month but there is opportunity here. They look for people willing to put their hand up, volunteer to try something new, outgoing extroverted people please apply!

Cons

Every place has it's faults, I try and look at the positive, you can always find fault. Come to work and do your job with a smile,

In the past year it's gone from a high school to a zoo

Pros

A pro is that I do have job security, with a minimally acceptable wage. They offer health benefits, but I had better from my previous employers.

Cons

In the past year I've watched 3 out of 5 of our worst employees get job promotions. In my department there is absolutely no manager presence so the managers don't really know who is tardy, who plays on their cell phones, and they don't much care. We're completely in the dark about absolutely everything that goes on. This promotes gossip because it's the only way we ever find anything out, by overhearing discussions. We've had 4 new hires the manager didn't even tell us about. We have a "big wig" coming, and they told us the day before only to tell us to keep our mouths shut about the environment we work in.
