Pros

Management at the Sun Prairie location is very supportive, patient, and very hardworking. The work was initially bizarre enough to keep me curious and engaged.

Cons

Overtime became mandatory after months of overtime, the training is inadequate and the staff overextended. Multitasking and troubleshooting lead to unnecessary errors and burnout. They hire inexperienced contractors to save money, resulting in service outages. They outsource and tout All-American, while directing domestic call centers to save time by redirecting foreign callers to inaccessible chats. Morale is low and productivity is measured by how fast you respond, rather than whether or not the issue is resolved.
