Pros

So many openings for call-center employees. The only reason you wouldn't get hired is if you don't pass your drug test, have theft on your background, or your schedule doesn't fit with the strict first month of training. They have a special method of training on general communication styles that is effective and unique.

Cons

Rough environment, as call centers usually are. The recruiting department is overworked and at times disorganized and rude.

Pros

I had great benefits and could work remotely with no issues.

Cons

Management operates reactively in fear mode. Processes we terrible but slowly were improving.
