Pros

I like working here because the people I work with are like my family. When something goes wrong personally or professionally we are all there to help and encourage each other. Frontier employees are also very involved and care about their local communities. I feel the pay is fair for the work that is done and for the area we live in. We are treated very respectfully from upper management and they care about us.

Cons

Stress level can be high at times and now that we are a bigger company it takes a little longer to make changes on the IT side of the house.

Co-worker support in the office was wonderful and a team effort, until our office was closed and now we are micro-managed from home.

Cons

Ordering/Billing Systems / Salespeople were grossly unprepared to handle the large Enterprise business customers it inherited in the Verizon sale.

Frontier has some great front line employees who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

Cons

Lack of consistency in message. Expectations continue to exceed the resources the company provides to get the job done. Issues that were in place 7 years ago that directly impact the customer have not been corrected and still impact quality of service for customer
