Great pay, AMAZING benefits, 4 weeks PTO starting off, equal opportunity

Cons

Nothing that comes close to outweighing the benefits, I've had my share of jobs since college

Pros

Great benefits, great pay, good opportunities for bonuses and grow. Great team environment and amazing supportive management.

Cons

the bonus and scheduling was based on customer surveys which was not specific to the representative so responses were not always based on our performance.

Pros

Decent pay for the area, diverse group, they try to keep the morale up (some do) and a most of the people are team players.

Cons

The team coaches are too much like a high school cool kids group that snubs anyone that isn't in the group.lIt's a call center and they are always playing video games and playing music far too loudly. The leadership, some of them, are far too young to be in a leadership position it's almost like you won't be promoted if you aren't cool enough to be on the in crowd. They could use a dose of maturity.
