Pros

Good working environment, flexible work hours( allowable to work from home)

Cons

They need to be organized their resources ( they have a lot of professional but not good to solve a simple problem ).

Pros

Pay is better than most for tech support. The people you work with are great and immediate supervisors are easy to work with.

Cons

Upper level management is very disconnected from the working floor. You are just a number to them, no matter how much extra work you do around the building.
