The company is growing. The communication from management identifies customer satisfaction is based upon solid employee base. Company aligns itself with American values and promotes hiring of veterans.

Cons

Political silos saddled with personal agendas and fiefdom prevent growth and focus on true customer experience. Extremely poor records make every customer interaction a marathon instead of routine business.
