Opportunity for advancement, sales consultants on the phone are friendly

Cons

Sales consultants are not paid well or treated well. Company looks at them as just another person and does not care about them or their lives only the bottom line number. Senior Leadership Team has no desire to listen to any ones feedback and make a change

I would be hard pressed to find one other than some of the people that work there. Upper echelon of the company appears to be scrambling for an identity!

Cons

Too many to list! The board of directors needs to seriously look at a change at the top!
