Pros

Frontier hires great, smart, dedicated people. Service techs and engineers are truly awesome and dedicated.

Cons

Senior leadership is myopic and talks out of both sides of their mouths. The values they promote are consistently undermined. MO is do it fast (as opposed to do it right the first time). Be careful taking on additional responsibilities which are offered to top performers -- there is never additional compensation or recognition and what is supposed to be temporary becomes permanent.

Pros

Still good pay and benefits, but only because of the Union Contract.

Cons

There is NO room to move up, especially without moving down first. Use caution when coming here to work. Most of the replies you see on here with good reviews are people that just started, or people from the Legacy areas. They never knew how much better it was with Verizon or GTE/CONTEL.
