I work very hard and I am compensated fairly. I really like what I do and I'm proud to work for Frontier.

Cons

As with most corporations in this economic environment, at times I am concerned about job security. I don't think Frontier is any different in that way than other corporations.

Pros

Frontier promotes from within, has a phenomonal pay for performance culture and really cares about their employees. Frontier also "keeps it at home" with their 100% US based only employees.

Cons

Some people may not like the pay for performance culture because it is a different concept than they are used to.

The best things are the benefits, how many placed give you 20 paid days off a year and some major holidays. the insurance benefits are very affordable as frontier picks up the majority of the cost for us. Flexible scheduling allows me time off when I need it

I have been with Frontier for over 7 years and really have not found anything lacking. they offer college reimbursement for tuition, job advancement opportunity and great training for all aspects of the jobs we do on a daily basis. the only thing I would caution anyone looking at Frontier as an easy job, needs to go elsewhere. the customers are the worst part of the job, and we overcome that because we need to work
