Pressure and negative attitudes and conditions. No positive feedback at all

Pros

pay was very good $22 per hour, benefits excellent.

Cons

A call center is a hard environment to work in the first place but, Frontier made it worse by pushing sales, sales, sales, no matter what the customer called in for. NO matter how good your on time record is, or if you meet your monthly quota, You will be fired if you do not make a sales pitch on every call.

Very good benefits and some good people to work with. Overall some good intentions, and a great review schedule to ensure your performance is continually evaluated.

Cons

Not very competitive products compared to what other companies are offering. It's hard to sell slower and more expensive internet.

If you live in fairfield county connecticut and want to work in the hq office then the commute probably isn't too bad.

Cons

very layered very dated too small to be layered want to play like the big boys but don't have the cajones to do it very very top heavy too many senior leadership neither strategic or SME of their area (but they know old-school telcom) no vision poor organization and planning poor internal communication
