If you’re relatively smart and work hard you will make a decent amount of commission

Cons

The company is stuck in1993. Managers are company men/women who have their jobs because they’re naive and ignorant and know how to follow directions. Office feels like a bud stop in the bad part of town.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. I liked some of the projects and peers.

Cons

Management shows favoritism. Also the calls are back to back , but they expect you to multitask and do other things on top of the calls. The burn out factor is real with the place.
